Valentine's Day 

We took some time this week to create Valentine’s Day card holders in class. This was an open ended art project and the students' creativity was impressive! On Wednesday the students exchanged Valentine’s Day cards with their classmates and we watched the movie Shrek. Thank you for sending movie snacks for your child to enjoy during the movie!

Jump Rope for Heart  

The students participated in various skipping stations this week during our P.E. block and they were introduced to many new jump rope techniques. On Wednesday, the students spent the entire class skipping in support of the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Thank you to those parents who sent in donations! 

Rabbit Hill Ski Trip 

We ended the week with our trip to Rabbit Hill. The students took ski or snowboard lessons and then they spent the day practicing their new skills. The kids had a BLAST and progressed so much! Please click HERE to view all the pictures from the day!
