Highlights and Reminders
Read Carefully,Very Important-Enrich Documentation Professional Reminder
(October 5th Newsletter) RE: ILAPS-The final deadline for completion is October 30, 2020. ESOL teachers will provide the accommodations to STCs for ELs concerning immediate assessments that occur before the October 30th deadline. This information was also published in the EManagement Memo to Principals.
*Please check all Enrich documentation against your Non-9 Report to ensure that all Parent Notifications, ILAPs have been completed. Please check to see that Monitoring Forms and Waiver forms have been completed if applicable.
Enrich Reports:
Click here for directions on how to pull the ESOL Actions Status Report and the ESOL Plans Report as shared in our December General Session Meeting. These reports will populate a list of students and the documents that you have created for the students in Enrich.
Also very important, please be sure you have listed yourself as the ESOL Teacher on each ILAP. Most schools have both Brick and Mortar and Virtual ESOL Teachers. STCs are contacting the ESOL Office when the ILAP does not include the ESOL Teacher's name.
Don't forget… even if a student does not have State Test Accommodations you must still select the tests the student will take to indicate participation.
Lastly, if you do create or make updates to ILAPs you must notify school STCs of the updates or additions.
