In this course, students will learn about the natural processes which have created the Tongariro volcanic landscape, which includes visiting the region to conduct geographic research.
Students will also learn about global patterns of maritime piracy, and the issues around how New Zealand will become predator free by 2050.
COURSE COSTS
Students will require a 1B5 exercise book.
Students will also be expected to attend a trip to Tongariro as part of this course. The cost for this is approximately $300.
