In this course, students will focus on movement and its contribution to the development of self and others. Students will learn through a variety of contexts including recreation, sport, fitness, and adventure, to promote and support the development of physical and social skills, foster critical thinking, and understand the significance of physical activity in our society.
COURSE COSTS
Students will require a 60-page clearfile, and 1B5 exercise book.
Students will also be expected to pay a course contribution as part of this course. This covers the cost of offsite activities, and the amount will be confirmed in 2026.
