Course Length: Full Year

In this course, students will cover choreography and performance skills, through choreographing a dance that exposes the audience to personal ideas in both a group setting, and a solo/duet. Students will also learn to design their costume, lighting and stage set to best support the choreographic intention.

Students will require a 1B8 exercise book.
Students will be expected to pay a course contribution as part of this course. This covers the cost of offsite activities, and the amount will be confirmed in 2026.
There may be an opportunity to further extend learning with visits to live performances or attend specialist workshops in school. These will also be confirmed in 2026.
