Course Length: Half Year Course (One Semester)

In this course, students will build further on technique and performance skills learned in Year 9 Dance, and will be given the opportunity to dance in a number of different dance genres and styles.

Students will explore movement through the elements of dance, extending their knowledge of choreographic devices.

COURSE COSTS

Students will require a 1B8 exercise book.

There may be an opportunity to further extend learning with visits to live performances or attend specialist workshops in school. These will be confirmed in 2026.
