Teacher in Charge: Tracey Derbyshire (DER)
This year-long course builds on students' skills from the junior Social Studies programme, and introduces key skills and content needed for Level 2 NCEA subjects. This course also combines skills and concepts from Media Studies and Psychology.
This course has a strong focus on examining social media to describe and evaluate social movements, perspectives and representation globally and in Aotearoa.
