In this course, students will learn to communicate in Japanese about teenage life, including school, travel, friendships, and leisure. Students will become more confident with the Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji scripts.
Through this course, students will develop the core skills for learning languages: listening, reading, communicating through writing and speaking, and presenting.
COURSE COSTS
There is a $25 per student course contribution as part of this course. This covers the cost of various in-class activities, and the amount will be confirmed in 2026.
There may also be the opportunity for a trip to a Japanese restaurant - the approximate cost of this is $20 (to be confirmed in 2026).
