User Operations 

From the main selling screen, select the Functions Menu located to the bottom of the screen 

In the Functions Menu, you will find a button labeled Print Item Label

Select the Print Item Label button 

Once selecting the Print Item Label button, you will be prompted to enter the item 

• Item can be searched by typing in the name, item number, or scanning the item into the Item box 

Select the Label Type 

• You can choose one of the following labels that are compatible with Percent POS 

  • LABEL 1 - 1” x 1.25” - 512-105 

  • LABEL 2 - 2.25” x 1.25” - 272-125 

  • LABEL 3 -  1 1/8” x 3.5” Code 39 

  • LABEL 3 -  1 1/8” x 3.5” MSI

  • LABEL 4 -  2.25” x 4” - 4x2-516 Custom Label 

  • NOTE: for ease of use, labels CANNOT be customized 

Enter the amount of labels in the Print Qty field 

Once information has been entered - select Print Label 

From the System Menu - Go to the Items Menu 

Search for the Item you wish to print labels for 

• You can search items either using the Search on the top right hand corner or using the Filter at the bottom of the screen 

• You can search for items by either scanning item, Item Description, Item Number, or Department 

Once you find your desired item, you can either double click the item or select the Edit located at the bottom of the screen 

Once you enter the item properties, select the tab on the left called Labels 

The labels tab will appear with the options to select the Label Type and the Print Qty desired 

You can choose one of the following labels that are compatible with Percent POS 

• • LABEL 1 - 1” x 1.25” - 512-105 

  • LABEL 2 - 2.25” x 1.25” - 272-125 

  • LABEL 3 -  1 1/8” x 3.5” Code 39 

  • LABEL 3 -  1 1/8” x 3.5” MSI

  • LABEL 4 -  2.25” x 4” - 4x2-516 Custom Label 

  • NOTE: for ease of use, labels CANNOT be customized

Once you input the following information, select the printer icon to print your labels 

When adding or editing an Item through the Add Item Wizard, the last step will prompt you to print labels for the item being added or edited 

Select the Label Type 

You can choose one of the following labels that are compatible with Percent POS 

• • LABEL 1 - 1” x 1.25” - 512-105 

  • LABEL 2 - 2.25” x 1.25” - 272-125 

  • LABEL 3 -  1 1/8” x 3.5” Code 39 

  • LABEL 3 -  1 1/8” x 3.5” MSI

  • LABEL 4 -  2.25” x 4” - 4x2-516 Custom Label 

  • NOTE: for ease of use, labels CANNOT be customized

Select the Quantity of labels you wish to print

Once the information has been inputted, select the Print Labels button

When wanting to print multiple labels for varios items at once you can print the labels through the Price Batches Menu 

• NOTE: this will only function with items that are currently Active in Percent POS 

Price Batches menu can be located 

• From the Manager Menu select System Menu 

• Select Setup from System Menu 

• In the Setup, select Price Batches 

Once in the Price Batches Menu, add a new price batch by selecting the + Add located at the bottom of the screen 

Enter a Description for your Price Batch 

Add the items that you wish to print labels for 

Press Save

Once your Price Batch has been created, select your Price Batch from the list

Once you have selected your Price Batch, select the Labels icon at the bottom of the screen 

Percent will prompt you to Select Label Type 

You can choose one of the following labels that are compatible with Percent POS 

• • LABEL 1 - 1” x 1.25” - 512-105 

  • LABEL 2 - 2.25” x 1.25” - 272-125 

  • LABEL 3 -  1 1/8” x 3.5” Code 39 

  • LABEL 3 -  1 1/8” x 3.5” MSI

  • LABEL 4 -  2.25” x 4” - 4x2-516 Custom Label 

  • NOTE: for ease of use, labels CANNOT be customized

Select the check mark to print your labels
