Items Menu

Kit Item 

This function designates this item as a Kit. A kit is an item that is a combination of multiple active items that are in Percent POS and are being sold at a discounted rate. 

This function has the following options: 

• Fixed amount off - selection will discount a specific amount off the total of all items added in the kit 

• Percent Off - selection will discount a specific percentage off the total of all items added in the kit 

• Custom Item Prices - selection will take the custom price set for each item in the kit. 

• Kit Discount - where you would add the discount amount (whether price or percentage) for the kit 

Adding Kit Items 

To the right side of the screen you will see a list of all the items that have been added to the kit item. 

To add Kit Items: 

1. Select Add Item or Add Items at the bottom of the screen 

• Add Item will only allow you to add one item at a time whether by searching by item number or description 

• Add Items will allow you to add multiple items at once, however, you will have to scan items into the screen (does not have a search functionality)

2. Once item(s) have been added, they will appear on the list to the right

** Note: if you have Custom Item Prices the following options will appear when you select an item

• Set Custom Price - you can set a custom price for the selected item on the Kit 

• Remove Custom Price - you can remove a custom price for the selected item on the Kit 

To Remove Item off the Kit 

• Once you select an item that you wish to remove off the Kit, select Remove Item from the bottom of the screen 

Press Save
