Logging into Percent POS

• Select the Manager Menu on the bottom right corner of the screen 

In the Manager Menu, you will see a button labeled Refund 

• Select Refund 

• Percent POS will ask for you to scan item

• Instead of scanning item, select the green check box and go to the item and select it from the menu 

• Once you select your item, you will be asked to Enter Quantity to Refund 

• Item will appear on the left side with a negative quantity and price 

• Once you are done marking your refund items, select Pay to process the refund payment 

• In the Manager Menu, you will see a button labeled Refund by Transaction

• Select Refund by Transaction

• Using the screen, search for transaction you would like to refund or refund items from. 

  • You can filter or seach by the following 

    • Transaction # 

    • Last Four of CC

    • Transaction Total 

    • Multi Selection 

• Once transaction has been selected, you will view a list of items in that transaction. Move items that you wish to refund from this transaction from the left panel to the middle panel 

• Once you are done marking your refund items, select Pay to process the refund payment
