Gift tab is where you can specify Gift Card tender parameters on when they are tendered using Percent POS 

To access the Gift Tab: 

• Go to Setup Menu 

• Store Configuration 

• Select Gift 

You will see the following options when configuring the gift card tender 

• Built-In - this will be advising Percent POS to prompt for the card and it will search through a list of active cards, or add card, to the software

• Manual - this will be allowing you to tender out the transaction, however, gift cards are processed in another manner outside of Percent POS 

  • NOTE: Percent POS will only be able to track balances on Built-In option
