Logging into Percent POS 

Log into Percent POS 

Once in the selling screen - select Manager Menu 

In the Manager Menu - select the button labeled Add User Wizard 

You will be prompted to enter in a User ID

• User ID can be alpha numeric 

• If you want Percent POS to auto generate a User ID for you, select the option next ID to auto populate the next User ID available 

Select Next 

You will be prompted to enter and confirm a Password for the user 

• Password can be alpha numeric 

• There is no minimum or maximum requirement for password 

Select Next 

Enter the User's First Name as you would like for it to appear on receipts and reports in Percent POS 

Select Next 

Select the Permission Group for the User being added

• User will have access to menus and items based on selected permission group 

  • To view Permission Groups and access, visit Permissions Menu 

Select Finish 

** Note you can also add a new User by the Users Menu in the System Menu
