User Operations 

Percent POS has a easy way of allowing you to adjust the inventory on the fly 

• Log into Percent POS 

• Select the Manager Menu 

• Once entering the Manager Menu, select the button labeled Quick Inventory Count 

• Percent POS will prompt a screen called Adjust Inventory Count 

• Scan or Enter in the item you will be adjusting 

• Current Inventory Qty will be displayed 

• Enter Quantity you wish to adjust the item by 

• You can update the Cost of the item for the quantity adjusted 

• Enter any notes for reference 

You have the following 4 options on adjusting the inventory: 

• Add Inventory - will allow you to add the quantity entered to the current inventory count 

• Remove Inventory - will allow you to remove the quantity entered to the current inventory count 

• Replace Inventory - will allow you to replace the current inventory count with the quantity entered 

• Zero Inventory - will allow you to place the current item at zero stock 

Once adjusted, item will remove itself from the screen and you can press the X to close out of the Adjust Inventory Count screen
