User Operations 

Adding tips in Percent POS is a function that allows you to enter credit card tips for payout and reporting 

To add a tip - enter Percent POS and press User Menu

• Select the button labeled Add Tip 

• A screen will open with a list of all credit card transactions performed by that user 

• Select the transaction from the list 

• On the right, enter the tip amount 

• Press Add Tip 

• Once the tip has been applied, the transaction will no longer appear on the Untipped filter 

• You will have to select the Tipped filter to review the transaction with the Tip entered 

• You can search through the transactions based on the following: 

  • Amount

  • Last 4 of the CC

  • Transaction number 

• You can filter transactions by the following 

  • Today Only 

  • Unclared - transactions that have not been declared on the end shift 

  • Declared - transactions that have been declared on the end shift, but the terminal has not batched yet
