Items Menu

The Modifier Tab is a screen that allows the user to add modifiers to the selected item. Modifiers are items that can alter the item (i.e. types of toppings on a pizza)

On the Modifier Tab you will find the following options: 

• Modifier Panels - list of existing modifier panels (screens) for the item 

• Add New Panel - where you can add a new panel of modifiers for the item 

• Add Existing Panel - where you can add an exisiting panel of modifiers that has already been created to the item 

• Edit Panel - allows you to edit the selected modifier panel from the list above 

  • Note - any changes made to the selected panel will affect any other item the panel is assigned to 

• Remove Panel - allows you to remove any panel assigned to this item from the list above 

• Copy Panel - allows you to make a copy of the selected panel

• Set Default modifiers - allows you to select modifiers from a selected panel to be selected 

• Override Description - allow you to change the description (name) of the panel selected from the list

  • Note - any changes made to the description will affect any other item that this panel is assigned to 

• Prompt for Modifiers - selecting this will have the modifiers from assigned panels prompt automatically when the item is sold. If unselected, panels will not automatically prompt.
