Checks tab is where you can specify check tender parameters on when they are tendered using Percent POS 

To access the Checks Tab: 

• Go to Setup Menu 

• Store Configuration 

• Select Checks

The following options are found in the Checks tab: 

• Check Prompt - 

  • Require Check Number selection will prompt the cashier to enter in the check number received when tendered 

  • Require Customer Name selection will prompt the cashier to enter in the customer name as it appears on the check or id when tendered 

  • Require ID selection will prompt the cashier to enter in the customer ID information when tendered 

  • Require Address will prompt the cashier to enter in the customer address as it appears on the check or ID when tendered 

• Check Cashing Fees - 

  • Flat Fee - you can edit the flat dollar amount that you will be charging your customer upon cashing a check for them at tendering check 

  • Percentage - you can edit the percentage of the check amount that you will be charging your customer upon cashing a check for them

  • Prompt - selection will prompt you for the amount that you will be charging your customer upon cashing a check for them
