Items Menu

There are two ways of narrowing your search for items in Percent POS 

Search Bar (top right hand side) 

• In the search bar you can search by the following: 

  • Item Description (name) 

  • Item Number (UPC or PLU)

    • You can scan or type in the code into the search field 

Filter (bottom of the screen) 

The Items Filter allows you to search for items with one or more of the following conditions: 

• Match - selection will have the filter match the following two conditions to your search 

  • All - search will match to All of the selected rules set

  • Any - search will match to Any of the selected rules set 

• First Column selection:

  • Description - items with this name 

  • Department - items belonging to this department 

  • Food Stamp - items that are active as Food Stampable 

  • WIC - items that are active as WICable 

  • Tax 1 - items that are active with Tax 1 flag 

  • Tax 2 - items that are active with Tax 2 flag 

  • Tax 3 - items that are active with Tax 3 flag 

  • Vendor - items with specified vendor 

  • Item Group - items pertaining to specified item group 

• Second Column Selection:

  • Contains - search will contain specified item 

  • Does Not Contain - search will not include specified item 

  • Is - search is definite to specified text for item 

  • Is Not - search is definite to everything but specified text for item 

  • Starts with - search will include anything beginning with 

  • Ends with - search will include anything ending with 

• The - and + will allow you to add multiple conditions for your filter
