Advisors

1.       The board shall retain attorneys as legal advisor, who shall be kept fully familiar with the legal problems of the school and whose services shall be called upon as needed. The attorney shall be available to handle matters such as the collection of unpaid school fees, labour problems, claims by or against the school and its staff, and corporate matters.

2.       The attorney may be called upon to deal with matters relating to building sites, contracts relating to building construction or renovation, and disputes with contractors. The attorney may also be called upon to prepare or review contracts entered into by the board. Where appropriate, the school may also secure expertise from other professionals.
