This feature is available under the Support Plan

Pre-Requisite
Your organization needs to be on the Support Plan.
You need to be an IT/HR admin to trigger these action.
Additional Notes:
Once the request has been completed, the status of the device on your dashboard will be marked as "Active." and assigned to the new user.
Additionally, the employee will automatically marked as "Offboarded."
