This feature is available for the Subscriptions Plan
Pre-Requisite
Your organization needs to be on the Credits, Support, Secure or Complete plan.
You need to be an IT/HR admin to trigger these action.
Device setup conditions:
A. If you place your order through the Esevel Marketplace
B. If you have an existing device

A. If you place your order through the Esevel Marketplace
1) Follow the guide to place the order here:
2) Select "Proceed with Service" on this page.
3) Once the order is placed, our team will process the hardware and send it to your employee's location.
4) Please expect to receive another email from our team regarding the device setup and instructions. Our team will provide instructions or support for installation.
B. If you have an existing device
For assistance, please contact our Customer Support Team at: customersupport@esevel.com.
Additional Notes:
If you are on the Support, Secure, and Complete Plan, there will be no setup fee.
If you are on the Credits Plan, the setup fee will be deducted from your credits balance.
Please make sure to share the Setup Guide/Playbook with us in advance. Our team will need 2-3 working days for testing before we can apply the setup to the employee's device.
Our setup is remote, meaning the device will be sent directly to your employee, and our team will reach out separately to perform the remote setup.
