Pre-Requisite
You need to be an IT/HR admin to trigger these actions.
Please ensure that you have added the new employee using the guide below:
Freemium, Credits & Support Plan:
Secure & Completed Plan:
Re-assign to the Managed Device
If you're under Secure and Complete Plan, please kindly do this additional action to change the device under the Managed Device.
1) Click the "Pencil" button.
2) Scroll down to the "DEVICE MANAGEMENT DETAILS" section and select "Yes." and Click "Save Changes."
3) The user will receive an email titled "Action Required: Agent Installation." Please advise the user to follow the instructions in the email to install Jumpcloud.
4) Once the Agent is installed on the device, our IT Team will bind the user with the device and deploy all the applications registered under Jumpcloud. This process will take 1-2 hours to complete.
Additional Notes:
Once the request has been completed, the status of the device on your dashboard will be marked as "Active." and assigned to the new user.
