The secure and complete plans grant you a more comprehensive experience with three tabs. In addition to the "Unmanaged Devices" and "Peripherals" tabs, the "Managed Devices" tab offers you advanced controls for efficiently managing your devices.

Last Mile Services
This feature is available for the Support, Secure and Complete Plan
Store, Re-deploy or Dispose
In the event of device replacement for an employee or the need to retrieve a device from them, we offers these convenient services to ensure a seamless experience without any logistical concerns. We'll handle the entire process, leaving you free from worries about device management logistics.
Note:
iOS & Android devices are ineligible for last mile services
Dispose action is not available for devices outside of these countries:

Device Security
This feature is available for the Secure and Complete Plan
Lock, Erase, Restart, Shut Down
In case of device-related emergencies like sudden termination or device loss, our platform offers you a swift solution with these actions you can take right within the platform. These actions are designed to address the situation promptly while minimising any potential security breaches. Once the emergency is resolved, you can effortlessly change the device to its intended state, following the provided instructions within the platform.

Not all device actions are available across all device types. To avoid confusion, refer to the table on the left for the list of available actions.

Whether you need to manage device ownership, track device value changes, or organize archived devices, the platform enables you to complete these tasks efficiently and with ease.
Note: The "Archive" action is only available for customers subscribed to the Secure & Complete Plan.
Exporting Inventory to CSV
In each Managed/Unmanaged/Devices tab, you'll find a handy feature that enables you to export device lists with ease. Whether you're looking to filter for devices in Indonesia or refine your search to those with a 'Stored' status, our system ensures that the exported list delivers precisely the results you need.
