This course provides opportunities for students to increase their employability skills in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, catering operations, cafes fast food chains and coffee shops for casual and/or part time employment whilst still at school. It will allow students to: 

• Enhance practical skills in food preparation and presentation 

• Prepare and serve café type foods including hot and cold beverages and expresso coffee using a variety of tools and equipment 

• Maintain safety and cleanliness in a Hospitality setting 

• Improve waiter/waitressing skills
