Mathematics Advanced is designed for those with an interest in the beauty and intricacy of Mathematics. An ideal pathway for Stage 5.3 Students, this course is exciting and challenging, providing candidates with the opportunity to discover the power of Mathematics in sophisticated contexts. Mathematics Advanced supports the understanding of other courses such as Economics, Commerce, Physics, and the sciences at both HSC and tertiary levels.

HSC outcomes build on skills and knowledge from the Preliminary course and as such, all Preliminary content is assesable in the HSC Examination.
