ProStart students had a fantastic opportunity on 3/07, visiting the Louisiana Culinary Institute, enjoying lunch, and observing professional cooking demonstrations.
To close out the week, ProStart students engaged in a competition practice on 3/08 to fine-tune their skills ahead of their upcoming event.
Our Medical team visited Winbourne Elementary for their Read Across America & Career Day event, where they read to students and conducted engaging medical demonstrations, including CPR training, to inspire future healthcare professionals.
Looking Ahead:

"I immigrated to the US from Russia when I was 10 years old. I cannot express the wave of relief and excitement I felt after receiving this award. This scholarship allowed me to pursue an education and career in my chosen field of Marine Systems, transition my mechanic’s skill set to a life at sea, and learn to repair and maintain vessels, keeping them afloat and safe. I was able to do all this without burdening my life with a mountain of student debt."
