Everyone at St. Scholastica has a free Zoom account and all faculty can request a pro account for meetings longer than 40 minutes by contacting helpdesk@css.edu. Pro accounts include polling (live assessments) and breakout rooms for individuals or groups and attendance reports.

Everyone at St. Scholastica has a free account.
Students do not need an account to join your class. They just need your invite link and full invite.
Students can join by computer or the Zoom app on their mobile devices.
Students with a poor Internet connection can also call in if you share all meeting information by copying the full invitation. Post in your Brightspace Syllabus for quick student access.
Share the Student Instructions with them.
