About Me
My career in education has provided me with a wide range of perspectives on teaching, learning, and assessment. I have experience as a middle school science teacher, an outdoor environmental educator, an elementary science specialist, and have led middle/high school and undergraduate students on international trips throughout Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. I have taught undergraduate and graduate students as an Assistant Professor of Teacher Education at the University of Minnesota Duluth and as an Associate Professor at Northland College. I most recently served as the Department Chair for Teacher Education and as the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at Northland College in Wisconsin.
