You can grade assignments, discussions, and written response questions in quizzes using rubrics. Rubrics save you time, enable consistency from student-to-student, and clarify expectations (for students and TAs).

It is best to create a rubric (Course Admin > Rubrics) and then add it to the assessment. After using a rubric to assess learners' work, the rubric is locked, and it is only possible to edit text fields.
