Beginning in the 2025–2026 academic year, the college transitioned from a siloed to a unified, "one-stop shop" model by establishing the Center for Teaching, Learning & Assessment (CTLA), which is consistent with that of peer institutions. By unifying mentorship, professional development, instructional design, assessment, and academic tech support, the CTLA can now continuously refine its offerings to champion student success and institutional excellence. Among other things, the data indicate that the Center:
Offered 60 distinct professional development offerings with 400+ "seats" occupied across all sessions, representing a 40%+ increase in distinct engagement over the previous year.
Responded to 578 total support tickets managed via the TeamDynamix (TDX) platform, enabling proactive training based on identified "institutional tech puzzles."
Offered "Tech Tuesdays" micro-learning sessions, which reached 291 points of engagement, with many faculty accessing recordings asynchronously from the CTLA website archive.
