GUIDELINES ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MICROSOFT OFFICE 365
AT BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY
The Bulacan State University is committed in providing the best possible service to her stakeholders, specifically the members of the faculty and the students. One of such actions is the decision to migrate the online learning platform from Google Workspace to Microsoft Office 365. The University believes that as part of the technological revolution and constant software changes, there is a need to move to a new platform that supports active engagement, meaningful connections between students and faculty, better collaboration, formative feedback and ensure safety and security of its clientele. Aside from offering more features advanced architecture, Microsoft 365 also offers better integration of various learning tools, the university believes that it is very suited to the in-demand need of the students and faculty.
Transitioning from one application to another is somewhat complicated considering the diverse people in the University. Hence the Educational Development Office (EDO) under the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA) crafted the guidelines on the proper implementation of Microsoft Office 365 to provide the faculty and students with the guided direction/usage on this new educational platform.

PROPOSED GUIDELINES ON SECURITY OF EDUCATION AT
BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY
Most of the developing countries like the Philippines, continuing education through online learning is really a challenge. There are issues to address such as assuring readiness of stakeholders, acquiring devices, and expecting support from the government to name a few. As UNESCO puts it after a year of the pandemic has passed, this situation is causing the worst global education disruption in history (UNESCO, 2021).
There are emerging issues like potential security risks and protection measures. Though this decision of educational institutions to go learning online shows a lot of advantages in learning continuity, it also brought the problem of security. Having acknowledged the importance of security in education, the Educational Development Office (EDO) under the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA) crafted guidelines to secure the online learning environment of the teachers, students, and other concerned stakeholders at Bulacan State University.
