A university is a public place of learning where crowd is unavoidable and students are vulnerable.
The current situation presents unique challenges and demands to students at the same time to every educational leaders. To sustain the delivery of quality instruction to every school and to meet the needs of the students, policy and programs must be well-defined by each institution.
Hence, the Student Policy and Program Development Office (SWPPDO) develops more responsive programs from remote to online locations. The university ensures that the programs and services provided are not only accessible to distance students but are also integrated with one another; it likewise re-conceptualizes the ecological perspective that a campus promotes "optimal growth and development" of the students.
SPPDO facilitates on-line connections among the administrators, teaching and non-teaching personnel, students , parents and other stakeholders to assist in creation of virtual scheme this “new normal” education set-up.
