EXTENSION OF PROGRAM OFFERINGS AT SAN RAFAEL CAMPUS
Republic Act 11329, which lapsed into law last April 22, 2019, established the Bulacan State University - San Rafael Campus in the Province of Bulacan. The institution is mandated to offer graduate, undergraduate, and short-term technical - Vocational courses. This means offering the doors of education and opportunity to students not only of San Rafael, but also of nearby municipalities.
Whereas, in order to implement the above-mentioned law, a five-year development plan was designed. For Academic Year 2022 - 2023, the BulSU Administrative Council approved the initial program offerings of the campus which are extension programs of some colleges in the Main Campus:, these are BS Nursing, BS Psychology and Medical Technology.

ACTION PLAN FOR THE OFFERING OF THE DOCTOR OF MEDICINE (M.D.) PROGRAM AND OTHER ALLIED MEDICAL COURSES
The Bulacan State University’s goal of providing relevant quality and accessible education to deserving and qualified students has been successfully achieved through her course offerings. However, the Covid-19 world pandemic brings the medical practitioners to the forefront in their noble and important contribution to the battle against the virus.
As the University being mandated by her charter, the offering of the Doctor of Medicine and other allied medical courses becomes deemed relevant. Adhering to the principle of equity and equality, the University is now more than ever intensified her passion to cater to the needs of poor but deserving students who aspire to be in the medical profession. Hence, an action plan is conceptualized to provide the guide and direction to embark in this new academic undertaking.
