The Bulacan State University (BulSU) Library are more than willing to help and to serve the faculty, non-academic personnel, students and the community to the best of their capacity and capability during and after the spread of COVID-19. 

The services include not only those that are library-related but also humanitarian in nature like extending help to the most marginalized sector of the community such as the donation drive, while the library-related services includes updating library files, digitization, downloading of e-resources, finding open access databases and websites which contain free ebooks, journal articles and documentaries, launching of various services inclined to the new normal and information drive  through infographics and pub mats.
