The “New Normal” set – up of education brought changes in the school activities to meet the requirements and protocols of addressing the pandemic. In response, the Bulacan State University decided to implement the flexible learning modalities: Synchronous Learning (SL), Asynchronous Online Learning (AOL) and Remote Printed Learning (RPL) in the delivery of instruction in the academic year 2020 and currently (2022) becomes Hybrid Flexible Learning; to ensure the safety of not only the students but of the faculty as well, the University allowed both the regular and non – regular faculty to adopt the work – from – home (WFH) scheme. As it is the goal of the University to provide quality education, monitoring of instructional activities of the faculty in this new situation is indeed a challenge for the administrators.
For this reason, the Guidelines on Monitoring the Instructional Activities Of The BulSU Faculty In The Delivery Of Hybrid Flexible and the former Flexible Learning are herein presented and recommended.
