A list of Free databases or open-access electronic journals and books evaluated and selected by the University library to provide additional sources of information for researchers is available at the university library. Most of the electronic resources in these sites are free and openly available for public use.

There are four ways on how to access  pre-selected OERs:

1. Seek assistance via chat or email from any of the BulSU LODY.

2. Send request to the University Library official email address at library@bulsu.edu.ph

3. Visit BulSU website and look for the Library GSITE and click OER’s Collections.
