The COVID-19 pandemic has largely affected the educational sector. Facing the challenges of the “New Normal” is a must for all stakeholders: administrators, teachers, non – academic personnel, students, parents, partner industries and the community. Two aspects of the teaching – learning process that need to be revisited, reviewed and considered for revisions are student – learning assessment and the grading system.
As the University shift from the Flexible Learning modalities that includes Synchronous Learning (SL), Asynchronous Online Learning (AOL) and the Remote Printed Learning (RPL) on the first semester of Academic Year 2020 – 2021 to the Hybrid Flexible Learning modalities such as Blended Learning (BLearn), Asynchronous Online Learning (AOL), Small Private Online Courses (SPOC), and Traditional Learning Approach (TLA) as modes of learning, these guidelines on the grading system are the same and likewise herein presented.
Academic Integrity and Honesty and Non- Disclosure Agreement limits the disclosure of information in a student’s academic record and can be consider possible solutions on how teachers and schools can combat the integrity of Assessment issues, especially of online testing being more to cheating. Hence, these integrity of assessment agreement forms are are also presented.
