Set an alarm clock on your Phone and PC
for Fast DTR Log-ins Reminder
We've noticed some errors in Fast DTR due to missed Time-In and Time-Out entries. To ensure timesheet accuracy:
Set alarms on your mobile phones and PC for time in and out, and include break schedules if part of your contract.
Leave a comment at the end-of-shift summary (mention errors encountered)
After you time out, go to FastDTR>MyTimesheet tab and check if it was auto-approved, and report the error to SSP immediately after the work ends.
This helps auto-approve timesheets and ensures timely payments.
Good timesheet management is part of the staff's performance evaluation: Failure to maintain accurate timesheets will result in difficulties when considering rehire eligibility.
Thank you very much for your cooperation.
WHAT IS A WEEKLY MAXIMUM OF 40 (or 20) HOURS SHIFT?
It's a flexible shift time capped by the Fast DTR to a maximum of 40 (or 20) hours only per week.
Daily Log-in Limit: Less than 12 Hours. If your total work hours for the day is more than 12 hours of shift it will be identified by the Fast DTR Reports Team and they will require correction and explanation.
Some staff divide the 40 hours into 8 hours of shift daily, from Monday to Friday. This is a good practice because the Client and Client Success Manager can see the staff's productivity daily.
Some staff divide the 20 hours into 4 hours of shift daily, from Monday to Friday. This is a good practice because the Client and Client Success Manager can see the staff's productivity daily.
Fast DTR conducts timesheet capping on the last day of the week for those on a "Weekly Maximum of 40 or 20 Hours flexible shift". It will now allow you to exceed the maximum hours when you time out.
HOW TO CHECK IF YOU REACH AND DID NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM HOURS?
Please review the timesheet if you are reaching and not exceeding the weekly maximum hours.
You can check it at FDTR's My Timesheet Tab, choose Approved status, and then filter the dates for the week.
IMPORTANT:
Always set an alarm clock on your phone and PC as an effective alert to time out properly in Fast DTR.
Review your timesheet every day after timing out to ensure that it's been auto-approved and that you haven't exceeded the maximum hours.
Maintain accurate and auto-approved timesheets daily. Timesheets that are free from errors are crucial to receiving accurate pay.
Proper timesheet management and adhering to your scheduled shifts can also impact your eligibility for rehire and reprofile.
