Timesheet capping is an automatic adjustment for your required time (e.g. if a maximum of 20 hours a week is required, Fast DTR does not allow you to exceed that).
For those with Flexible Shifts (with maximum hours) If you go beyond your maximum hours it will automatically be adjusted by FDTR. It will “snap” the clock out so that the total worked hours match the shift.
The Fast DTR conducts timesheet capping to meet your required maximum hours which usually happens on Fridays (or the last day of work for the week). For example, it's Friday, your time in and out is equivalent to 4 hours, and if you have already exceeded the weekly maximum of 20 hours that day and from the previous days' log-ins, Fast DTR's timesheet capping will ensure that the total hours for that day are reduced to meet only the required hours (e.g. weekly maximum of 20 hours only).
