NEW: Change of Bank Information:
The Bank Information input/update via the Gear Icon ⚙️ in the Staff Portal is now LIVE:
Staff will only be able to log into their Staff Portal (https://app.bruntwork.co/staff) account after their Zoho/Gmail account has been created.
This input is linked directly to AirWallex. Other mode of transfers or use of specific banks (WISE, PayPal, Security Bank Savings) are treated separately.
We will not use the Bank Account GForms anymore and in phases, but all new staff will now use the Staff Portal to provide their Bank Account Details.

3. Click the Update Bank Information (green box) first to start updating
OLD /WILL NOT BE USED: Change of Bank Google Form:
Bank/Payment Account Details Form - Filled in by the individual staff. This form is used for Payments Team and is updated when there is a change to the bank where the staff will get their salaries. But it is important to get feedback from Payments Team also if AirWallex has access to the new bank account details.
The Google form is now only applicable for the following exemptions:
those who want to be paid into a Security Bank Savings account
those who want to be paid into a PayPal account
those who want to be paid into a Wise account
Bank Account details of BW Internal staff should now be submitted through the Staff Portal as well.
