A. HOW TO FILE PLANNED TIME OFF/LEAVE
- This kind of leave is expected or predetermined already
STEPS:
Send an email to your Client to request time off. Standard notification period is 2 weeks. Copy SSP and CSM. (Please see above leave request template)
Once the client approves, request time off on FastDTR.
Turn on your Out of Office notification for that day.
B. HOW TO FILE UNPLANNED TIME OFF/LEAVE
- These are unexpected leaves, for example during emergencies, sickness, power outages, natural disasters
STEPS:
Send an email to your Client at least 2 hours before your shift starts to request time off. Copy SSP and CSM. (Please see above leave request template)
Request time off in FastDTR.
Turn on your Out of Office notification for that day.

IMPORTANT:
Requesting for time off/leave is part of maintaining Professional Conduct under Reliability. Unscheduled absences or short notice time offs greatly affect it. While the client may say that “it is okay” in cases of attendance concerns, it is not a license for us to behave like so, especially for items under reliability.
Filing leave can avoid the tagging of Missing in Action (MIA).
HOW TO FILE LEAVE IN FAST DTR:
Go to Fast DTR > Go to My Filed Leaves Tab> Select Add icon "+"
