Your level of mental health will fluctuate throughout your life, because you are human. It will be influenced by a range of factors including pressure, stress, lack of sleep, anxiety and energy levels. And throughout your life there will be moments where you just feel a bit low or down and that is okay.
During these low points or when you are having a down day it is important to maintain regular habits and behaviours that keep you thriving.
When I am having one of those days I make sure to keep active and stay on top of my energy. This helps boost my mood and reduce any stress or worry that I might be experiencing.
What things pick you up when you are having a down day?
