How to Auto-Approve Timesheets
(Parameters for Timesheet Auto Approval)
(Parameters for Timesheet Auto Approval)
Set an alarm clock on your Phone and PC
for Fast DTR Log-ins Reminder
We've noticed some errors in Fast DTR due to missed Clock-In and Clock-Out entries. To ensure timesheet accuracy:
Set alarms on your mobile phones and PC for every clock in and out
Leave a comment at the end-of-shift summary (mention errors encountered)
After you time out, go to FastDTR>MyTimesheet tab, check if it was auto-approved, and report the error to SSP immediately after the work ends.
This helps auto-approve timesheets and ensures timely payments.
Good timesheet management is part of the contractor's performance evaluation: Failure to maintain accurate timesheets may result in difficulties when considering rehire eligibility.
Thank you very much for your cooperation.
1. Clock-In:
Contractors can clock in up to 2 hours before their shift starts (one hour is ok). Fast DTR will adjust it according to the contractor’s schedule after a correct clock-out (timesheet capping).
Reminders:
Clocking in too early (e.g., 3 or more before the shift starts) may lead to a pending timesheet)
Clocking in late will result in an automatic reduction of the contractor's total daily hours
Clocking in 15 minutes before your shift starts is recommended to allow time for troubleshooting in case of any Fast DTR system issues
2. Break Schedule (for full-time roles only):
The break should not exceed the allowed break schedule. Contractors can end the break slightly early (e.g., 5 mins. before the break ends) and Fast DTR will conduct timesheet capping
Overbreak will result in a reduction in the total hours
OPTION: If the contractor doesn't have break logins, Fast DTR will automatically assign break times after a correct clock-out. If the correct clock-in and clock-out are provided, the timesheet will be capped and automatically approved. If there are errors in clock-in and clock-out, the timesheet may result in an error or pending timesheet, requiring a request for adjustment with the SSP.
3. Clock-Out:
Contractors can clock out up to 2 hours after their shift ends. Fast DTR will adjust it according to the contractor’s schedule after clocking out (timesheet capping).
Reminders:
Clocking out early, before the shift ends, will result in an undertime
Clocking out too late (e.g., 3 or more hours after your shift ends) may cause an error or a pending timesheet.
Forgetting to clock out may result in a pending timesheet. However, contractors can now correct this using Fast DTR's clock-out correction feature, available 24 hours after the missed clock-out.
After clocking out, the contractor can leave a comment in the end-of-shift summary (they can include their accomplishments as proof of work and mention if errors happened).
4. Set an alarm on both your mobile phone and PC to remind you to clock in (at least 15 minutes before the shift starts) and out, including during breaks, daily.
5. Always select the Scheduled Shift and aim for an auto-approved timesheet to ensure accurate payment for every payout.

3. Clock-Out:
Contractors can clock out up to 2 hours after their shift ends, once they have completed the required shift hours for the day (e.g., 4 hours for part-time roles or 8 hours for full-time roles). Fast DTR will automatically adjust the timesheet based on the maximum shift hours required, ensuring timesheet capping.

The timesheet will be locked once the weekly maximum hours are reached, but contractors can request additional hours or overtime with client approval.

How to Monitor Weekly Maximum Hours in Fast DTR:
Payable Hours This Week is a new widget that is shown to contractors to help them keep track of their hours. It includes completed hours covering Monday to Sunday of the present week.
The contractor can review their total hours for the week to ensure they are approaching, but not exceeding, the weekly maximum hours by following these steps:
Go to Fast DTR's "My Timesheet" tab
Click the Filter Icon
Select "Approved" status
Filter the week's dates (e.g., from Monday to Friday/Sunday).
