Tendo Pay:
BruntWork has partnered up with TendoPay, a service which allows staff in the Philippines to "buy now and pay later" through installments. Visit their website to learn more: https://tendopay.ph/
Existing TendoPay users who currently have a "Regular TendoPay account" may request to link their accounts to BruntWork to receive better perks below:

Potentially higher credit limit (depending on your current salary)

Have the option to "cash out"
Have the option to maximize your credit limit by having multiple purchases at the same time
If a staff is interested or wish to link their TendoPay account to Bruntwork, they should follow the schedules posted on Basecamp and invitations sent via email.
Staff Services reviews the staff's technical qualifications and invites qualified staff to apply via email.
Staff fills out the Application Form emailed to them.
Staff Services emails the interested Staff of their application status:
APPROVED STAFF
Staff Services sends an email containing the (1) link to create a TendoPay account, (2) the staff's credit limit, (3) onboarding meeting link or recording, (4) Authority to Deduct (ATD) separate for employees and independent contractors acknowledgement and (5) other materials/guides of TendoPay
Staff Services endorses the name of the staff and their credit limit to TendoPay for approval on their portal and app
DECLINED STAFF
Staff Services sends an email to the staff containing the status of their application and the reason why they were declined.
