Below should be met before an active staff is processed to other jobs.
If a candidate has an active job within or outside BruntWork, it should also be declared in the email endorsement.
Schedule Conflict:
There shall be no scheduling conflicts between client jobs for staff members.
Health and Well-being:
The health and well-being of staff members shall not be compromised in any client engagement.
Part-time Staff Limitation:
Part-time staff members may engage in up to two additional part-time client jobs, provided there are no conflicts with existing commitments and their performance is not compromised.
Full-time Staff Limitation:
Full-time staff members are prohibited from engaging in another full-time job concurrently.
Processing to Another Part-time Job:
Full-time staff members may be processed to another part-time job only upon obtaining written approval from their existing client. The staff will initiate approval from the client. This provision does not apply to VIP clients who have requested exclusivity.
Approval Process:
In the event of obtaining approval from the first client for processing to another part-time job, the recruiter responsible for processing the staff member shall:
Send an email notification to the staff member, informing them of the potential consequences regarding termination and future job applications.
The staff member is required to acknowledge the email from the recruiter, confirming their commitment to maintain performance standards in all client engagements.
Termination Consequences:
In the event of termination from either client, the staff member acknowledges that future job applications may no longer be considered.
