SETTING ALARM CLOCK ON MOBILE PHONE AND PC
One of the most common errors contractors encounter in the Fast DTR system is forgetting to time in and time out.
These mistakes can lead to an invalid timesheet, and if no valid proof of work or adjustment request is provided, invalid timesheets may be subject to immediate deletion. To help avoid such errors, we recommend setting alarms on both your mobile phone and PC as reminders for your Fast DTR time in and time out.
By setting these reminders, you can ensure that your timesheet is accurate and free from errors, leading to automatic approval and guaranteeing accurate pay on every payday. Implementing this simple step can be highly beneficial in avoiding timesheet issues.

Please take note that when PCs are turned off, the PC alarm will not work so setting an alarm clock on your mobile phone is also helpful.

Set an alarm clock on your Phone and PC for Fast DTR Log-ins Reminder
We've noticed some errors in Fast DTR due to missed Time-In and Time-Out entries.
To ensure timesheet accuracy:
Set alarms on your mobile phones and PC for time in and out, and include break schedules if part of your contract.
Leave a comment at the end-of-shift summary (mention errors encountered)
After you time out, go to FastDTR>MyTimesheet tab and check if it was auto-approved.
This helps auto-approve timesheets and ensures timely payments.
Thank you very much for your cooperation.
