This is a friendly reminder for you to review your timesheets every 15th and 30th/31st of the month by going to the "My Timesheet" tab> filter it to Status (Pending and/or Completed)> Date (e.g. Month 1-15 or 16-31).
Please take a moment to check your logged hours and ensure their accuracy.
If you find any discrepancies or require corrections, please request for timesheet adjustment with the necessary screenshot/proof of work.
Failure to submit within the allotted period mentioned will be considered inaction on your end and it may be FORFEITED:
Staff will only have 1 business day after the end of the cycle to raise timesheet concerns otherwise, it will be FORFEITED:
1st to 15th of the month – due date is on the next business day
16th to end of the month – due date is on the next business day
According to the CEO, the staff are responsible for their timesheets. Any mistakes they make will mean they will not be paid. In fact, if they continually are unable to maintain accurate timesheets, they will be offboarded and blacklisted from working at BruntWork.
As mentioned by the People Manager, the staff's timesheet's accuracy is their accountability. They need to review their timesheets and must not wait for their SSPs to ask them to do so.
