Thank you, if you would like to get a car for today/tomorrow we can help you with your quotation. We can find a car in our system for you, but we cannot guarantee if the car will be available, it is too close to your pick up time.
This is your responsibility, BUT we can try to make a quote through the phone.
After the client tells the location/ time/date:
If the customer found a car on our website - we can ask the ref number,
you need to explain how the customer can find this reference number,
but we have situations when customers cannot provide this info or cannot find it, and after that you cannot spend your time waiting for the customer to find it, you will ask the location/dates and check it on our system by yourself which in result will end up saving your time.
