I canceled the booking by mistake, can I reinstall/restore it?
Can I restore my canceled reservation?

Please make a new booking using the Credit you received for your canceled booking.

E-WALLET APPLYING

Please check the instruction below on how to use E-WALLET:
1. Please sign into your user profile on website
2. Proceed to your DASHBOARD
3. Please find the section E-Wallet and then USE MY CREDIT
You will be able to make a search for a new reservation.
4. On the payment step, please, choose "E-Wallet" on the left side under the total price and apply it!
!! PLEASE NOTE !!
!! E-WALLET BALANCE CAN BE USED ONLY FOR PARTIAL PAYMENT ONLINE, IF YOU SELECTED PARTIALLY PAID BOOKING, CREDIT WALLET WILL BE APPLIED TO PARTIAL AMOUNT !!
If the due payment is higher than your credit wallet amount you need to pay the difference with your credit card.

What is E-Wallet?
E-Wallet is a wallet on our website, which can be used for making a new booking. E-Wallet can be used in prepayment only.
If you cancel booking more than 48h, money will be credited to your E-wallet.
If you cancel booking less than 48h, it will be credited to your E-Wallet, only if Extended Cancellation was added to booking, else it will be non-refundable.
How to apply E-Wallet?
Client needs to log in into his account, select E-Wallet section, then click Use my credit
After choosing the car at the payment step, the client should apply the e-wallet amount in the box (in a middle of the screen) "have a code or credit" and choose E-Wallet and then click apply button
E-wallet can be used for Pay Now amount only.
After cancellation client will get email, informing e-wallet was credited, in that email message client can find clickable withdrawal link.
