Can I cancel a booking which was never picked up after pick up time for me?

Thank you for your request.
We would like to inform You, that we are not able to cancel the booking after pick up time, and there will be no refund, as it will be considered as a no-show, according to our terms and conditions, article 4.6., which you have read and agreed, please see below:
No-show policy
4.6.The Company has the right to deny a refund in the event of a No-show that is considered as:
4.6.2. Failure to collect a car at the date and time provided in the Confirmation voucher.
